A note from Rain
I'm a Qingdao local, longtime backpacker, and someone who believes the best way to understand a place is to experience it like a local.
I have travelled independently in more than 20 countries, including working holiday experiences in New Zealand and Australia. Those journeys taught me what travelers value: honest local tips, easy communication, good food, and the freedom to explore at their own pace.
Now I bring that same mindset to Qingdao. No big groups and no rushed script—just a friendly local point of view, shaped around the way you like to travel.
